- Military Working Animal Health and Welfare - We must support and safeguard Military Working Animal health and welfare to sustain their readiness and performance and defend the social license to operate.
- Tailored Veterinary Health Services - We will ruthlessly prioritize resources to provide tailored animal medicine and food defense to strategic sites and the end users that depend on us.
- Technical and Tactical Readiness - Brilliant in the basics, we must be experts in our technical mission while remaining experienced in our tactical skills.
- Develop People and Care for Families - We will teach, coach, mentor, and evaluate our team, and build the links between our widespread team and their families.

National Capital Region and Northeastern U.S. spanning 13 states, covering 25 DOD installations, operating 12 veterinary medical facilities.
