1SG Villarreal was born in Houston, TX on 24 May 1980. He entered the Army in September 2003. He has served as the Food Safety Instructor/Writer for the Navy Food Management Team Bremerton Fleet Logistics Center, WA; Platoon Sergeant of the Public Health Activity Ft. Belvoir New London Branch, CT; Platoon Sergeant of the Public Health Command District Japan Okinawa Branch; Food Section NCOIC of the Public Health Command District Japan Okinawa Branch; Detail Recruiter Minneapolis, MN Recruiting Station; Squad Leader Bravo Team 248th Veterinary Detachment, Ft. Bragg, NC; Food Inspection Specialist 106th Veterinary Detachment, Camp Humphreys, South Korea; He has deployed to OIF, Central South Iraq, Camp Echo.
His military education includes the Master Leaders Course, Senior Leaders Course, Sexual Harassment/ Assault and Response course, Advanced Leaders Course, Army Recruiting Course, Basic Airborne Course, Primary Leadership Development Course, Armorer Course, Army Retention course, Combat Life Savers Course. He is currently pursuing his BS in Public Health.
