Food Protection Section: Emergency Preparations for Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands

Puerto Rico  –   What a fruitful engagement in Puerto Rico and the food protection section for Public Health Activity Gordon. Our team continues to assist Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and their emergency preparations for PR and US Virgin Islands by extending the shelf life of Meal, Ready-to-Eat (MREs) and water when asked to and in a rotational basis.
